We ship throughout Australia. Local pickup available from our Inner West Sydney studio by arrangement.

Shipping Costs

Sydney Metro: Flat rate shipping calculated by weight at checkout. $18 (up to 1kg), $36 (over 1kg & up to 4kg), $76 (over 4kg)

Regional & interstate, Australia: Due to Australia's variable courier zones, we provide individual shipping quotes for orders outside Sydney Metro.

International

Lead Times
In stock items: ship within 1 week
Made to order: 4 weeks
Custom specifications: 4-6 weeks

Hatchet Studio is a one-person operation. Occasional fabrication delays may occur; we'll keep you informed of any timeline changes.

Delivery
Once shipped, delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on location. We use Shippit or Fast Courier with carbon-neutral shipping wherever possible.

Parcels are marked 'Authority to Leave' unless you specify otherwise at checkout. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday to physical addresses only (no PO boxes).

Tracking Issues
If your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.
